Sound Troubleshooting

If you have trouble getting the sound files to play, try the following.

Try a different browser. (Google Chrome is the least likely to play the sound files. See below.)

Mac - Safari seems to work best on Macs.

PC - Internet Explorer is most likely to work on PCs.

Update your Adobe Acrobat Reader

For Firefox or Chrome, change your browser preferences so that it uses the Acrobat Reader PDF viewer.
